There are two types of Xerox copier that are suitable for small to medium business use.

This machine offers a quick and efficient photocopier that is suitable for a small to medium office and will both print and scan documents. The machine is network ready and features an easy to use touch screen.
Then there is the Xerox Phaser 8860MFP. This machine can be purchased from £2000 plus. It has up to 30ppm mono and colour printing, 22ppm mono and colour copying and a monthly duty cycle of 120,000 maximum. This is a fantastic machine which uses Xerox's smart and green cartridge free solid ink. The Phaser 8860 MFP is very affordable with one of the lowest printing costs available - much less than other copiers on the market today.
Xerox Copiers for a Medium to Large Office
More heavy duty Xerox copiers can be purchased for a medium to large office. Some medium offices may decide to take a photocopier from the higher end of the Phaser range.
For a large office, the Work Centre range is ideal to handle a large number of documents associated with a highly productive environment. The Work Centre 265 can be purchased from £12,000 plus. It has up to 65ppm mono copying, up to 65ppm mono printing and a monthly dual cycle of 250,000 maximum. This is a larger scale photocopier that can print copy, fax and email all in one. It has a fast first page time of 2.7 seconds. It can manage duplex printing and copying as it has an automatic document feeder and will allow you to scan, fax and email at the same time as it is currently printing.
The Xerox 4595 is the photocopier at the top end of the scale and can be purchased from £25,000 plus. It has up to 95ppm mono copying and a monthly dual cycle of 500,000 copies maximum. This photocopier is top of the range and considered highly reliable and efficient. Ideal for a large office's needs, it is larger than average and has fantastic innovative functions like scan to email which aids production and helps save time.
